The only way to reach us is by email: contact@crypto-albania.com. There is no form, phone number or messaging account, and that is deliberate: a single address makes it harder for scammers to impersonate us.
Write in English or Albanian. If you are referring to a page, paste its address and quote the sentence in question; it saves time and gets you a faster answer.
What to write to us about
Corrections. Spotted an outdated fee, a changed law or a plain error? Tell us what is wrong and, if you have it, the official source. Factual corrections take priority; how we handle them is explained on our about page.
Data updates. A platform that has started or stopped accepting Albanian residents, a bank declining payments to exchanges, a new Bitcoin ATM, a fresh AMF warning. Reader tips are valuable, but we only publish them once we have verified them ourselves.
Press. Journalists and researchers are welcome to ask about our data and sources. Please put “Press” in the subject line.
What we don’t do
No personal financial advice. We cannot tell you what to buy, when or how much. Our content is general information; for personal decisions, speak to a licensed professional.
No exchange account support. We have no access to any platform and cannot unfreeze funds, reset passwords or speed up KYC checks. Contact the platform’s official support only.
No “fund recovery”. If you have been scammed, report it to the Albanian State Police and to the platform involved. Be very wary of anyone offering to recover your money for a fee; it is the most common follow-up scam.
Response time
We are a small editorial team, so replies usually take a few working days. Messages about factual errors are read first. If your question is already answered in one of our guides, we may simply send you the link; the beginner’s guide and the crypto glossary are good places to start.

No. We have no access to any platform’s accounts and cannot unfreeze funds, reset passwords or speed up verification. For any of that, contact the platform’s official support only, through its app or official website.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few working days, with factual corrections handled first. If you have not heard back within a week, check your spam folder and write again.
Someone contacted me claiming to be Crypto Albania. Is it you?
We never phone readers, never message on Telegram or WhatsApp and never offer investments. We only write from contact@crypto-albania.com, and only in reply to an email you sent us. Any other contact in our name is a scam.
